What Is the SNWA Leak Detection Assistance Program?The Southern Nevada Water Authority understands that finding and fixing a home water leak can be costly. If you are a single-family residential property owner with a leak you cannot locate or repair on your own, SNWA offers a voucher worth up to $250 toward leak detection or repair services — performed by a qualified Water Smart Plumber.

Visit SNWA.com and complete the online voucher application. Must be submitted by the property owner or water account holder before service begins.
Once you have your voucher, call us at 702-903-1995 or book online. Let us know you are participating in the SNWA Leak Detection Assistance Program.
Our licensed plumbers will locate and repair your leak. Your $250 voucher is applied directly toward the cost of the diagnostic or first two hours of repair service.
Precision Plumbing submits your completed voucher to SNWA Conservation for reimbursement. No extra steps required from you — we take care of everything.
The following conditions are established by the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
The voucher applies toward the initial leak diagnostic visit or the first two hours of service to fix the identified leak(s), not to exceed $250.
Service must be performed by a participating Water Smart Plumber listed on SNWA.com. Precision Plumbing is a confirmed participant.
Limited to single-family residential properties with water service from an SNWA member agency with an account in good standing.
The property owner or water account holder must apply for the voucher and is responsible for all costs beyond the $250 maximum.
Only one voucher per qualifying property can be rebated per calendar year.
Precision Plumbing submits the voucher to SNWA for reimbursement. Vouchers submitted by the property owner or a non-participating plumber will not be honored.
