OUR FAIR PRICE GUARANTEE –
We do not charge by the hour. We use standard rate pricing supplied to us from an
independent pricing agency. These prices are based on the average price for work performed
in our market area, including time and materials. This guarantees you that the job will be
done for the price we quoted you, regardless of how long it takes, or if we have to pick up
parts or equipment. If you feel you were not charged the fair market value for the work we
performed, please attach written estimates from three other licensed plumbing companies,
quoting their prices to perform the same work. We pledge to match the average of those
three prices and will refund the difference to you.
